We don't just snap photos and call it a day. Our sessions include wide-angle interior shots, detail photography of high-value features, outdoor/curb appeal images, and lifestyle touches that help buyers envision themselves there. We also offer drone footage if the property warrants it. Every shoot is custom because every home's got its own story to tell.
Most residential properties take 2 to 4 hours, depending on size and complexity. A cozy cottage? Faster. A sprawling estate with 6 bathrooms and architectural details? We'll need more time. We schedule shoots during optimal natural light, which usually means late morning or late afternoon. Weather matters too — we're not shooting in storms.
We charge per property, not per photo. A standard residential package runs between 400–800 CZK depending on square footage and what you need. Want drone shots? Add 200 CZK. Virtual tour? That's another 300 CZK. We're transparent about costs upfront — no hidden fees. Volume discounts apply if you're listing multiple properties.
Edited images land in your inbox within 5 to 7 business days. We're meticulous about color correction, lighting adjustments, and making sure each shot sings. If you need them faster, we offer expedited delivery for an extra 150 CZK. Drone footage takes a bit longer since it requires more editing finesse.
Absolutely. We cover the Moravian-Silesian region and regularly shoot in Brno, Olomouc, and surrounding areas. Properties further out? We can discuss travel fees. Distance doesn't scare us — great light and good homes do. Just let us know where you're, and we'll figure it out.
We stand behind our work. If there's a legitimate issue — bad lighting we could've controlled, technical problems, or images that genuinely don't represent the property fairly — we'll reshoot or edit further at no charge. We're confident in what we deliver, but we also know things don't always go perfectly on the first try.

We do. They're pricey but worth it for higher-end properties or commercial spaces. A full 3D virtual tour runs around 1,200 CZK and lets buyers explore every corner from their couch. It's a game-changer for serious buyers. We can bundle it with standard photography for a slight discount too.
